Adam Piekarski

Adam Piekarski is a Principal at MSD Partners, L.P. in the Credit Opportunity Fund. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Quiznos, DavCo Restaurants and Noble Environmental Power. MSD Partners, L.P. is an SEC registered investment advisor formed in 2009 by the principals of MSD Capital, L.P. which was established in 1998 to exclusively manage the capital of Michael Dell and his family. In total, the firms manage assets in excess of $15 billion.

Mr. Piekarski joined MSD in 2007 in the Private Equity Fund. Prior to MSD, Mr. Piekarski worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he focused on private equity and other direct investments in power generation and global energy within the firm’s J. Aron commodities division and special situations group. Mr. Piekarski began his career in investment banking at Citigroup with the global energy team.

Mr. Piekarski received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.
