Brian Crumbaugh is a Managing Director at Wynnchurch Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm with $2.3 billion under management that focuses on investing in both healthy and distressed companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ironform Holdings Co. Brian began his private equity career over a decade ago at ShoreView Industries, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm. Prior to ShoreView, Brian worked as an investment banking Analyst in Piper Jaffray's Mergers & Acquisitions group. Brian received a B.B.A. in Finance with honors from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
