John Bosacco has over 15 years of experience advising and executing financing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Bosacco’s transaction resume includes representing companies, boards, creditors and shareholders in a variety of situations. Selected transaction experience for Mr. Bosacco includes the following: Alcatel-Lucent; Birch Telecom; Border Media Partners; Charter Communications (Vulcan, Inc.); Citation Corporation; CMS Energy; CTC Communications; Culligan International (Centerbridge Partners); Dana Corporation; Dana Credit Corporation; Dow Chemical; Exide Technologies; Greatwide Logistic Services; Momentive Performance Materials (GE Capital); Pacific Crossing Limited; Polaroid Corporation; Stolt-Nielsen; Stolt Offshore; Targus Group International; United Australia/Pacific; Workflow Management; and several undisclosed assignments.

Mr. Bosacco’s strategic advisory experience also includes the merger of Browning-Ferris and Allied Waste, the merger of Conversent Communications and FiberNet, the merger of Conversent Communications, CTC Communications and Choice One Communications, the sale of Graphic Controls to Tyco International, the sale of Smarte Carte to Richard Blum & Associates and the sale of American Media to Evercore Partners.

Prior to joining Centerview Partners, Mr. Bosacco was a Managing Director at Miller Buckfire & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on restructuring. Early in his career, Mr. Bosacco worked in the restructuring group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (predecessor to Miller Buckfire & Co.) as well as in the investment banking divisions of Merrill Lynch and Chase Securities Inc.

Mr. Bosacco graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Comparative Politics.
