Quinn Roussel is a managing director in FTI’s Corporate Finance and Global Mining Advisory Practices and is based in Denver. Mr. Roussel’s experience is in assisting mining companies with evaluating strategies and raising project equity and debt.

Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Roussel’s significant mining experience spanned consulting, private equity, and corporate roles and engineering services for mining companies over a fifteen year career. As a Principal at Resource Capital Funds, he led a mining focused private equity investment team and worked closely with mining company management teams on deals across precious metals, base metals, industrial metals, coal, iron and uranium. Mr. Roussel also was the Director of Corporate Development for Asian American Coal, a coal producer, and has served as a Director of four public and private mining companies.

Mr. Roussel holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business as well as a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
