Andrei Margarit

Operations Director

Andrei is a MBA/MA dual degree candidate at the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Wharton, Andrei spent two years as a Private Equity Associate at CoveView Capital Partners, a special situations fund focused on financially or operationally distressed industrial businesses. Prior to CoveView, Andrei worked at HSBC, where he helped establish their Latin America M&A group in New York City, advising Latin American and Emerging Market clients on cross-border transactions. Andrei started his career at Morgan Stanley in its Financial Institutions (FIG) Investment Banking group, where he was part of the team that advised the U.S. Treasury Department on the successful conservatorship and restructuring of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Andrei graduated from Wharton’s undergraduate program in 2008 with a concentration in Finance and minors in Mathematics and Economics.
