Matt is a third-year student at Penn Law where he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business Law. He spent this past summer as a Summer Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance, and Restructuring groups at Vinson & Elkins and Norton Rose Fulbright in Dallas, Texas. Matt will begin work as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins upon graduation from law school. He graduated with a B.S. in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
