Paul has been an EVP-CFO of Energy Future Holdings, the largest LBO in US History ($48B purchase price), since 2008. During 2013, he was named the Co-Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”). Paul serves on multiple EFH Boards. He is also a member and Audit Committee Chairman of the Stellus Capital Board which was taken public in 2013.

Prior to EFH, Paul was a member of the senior leadership teams at two Big 5 accounting firms. He managed the Industry audit practice for a big 4 firm with clients in Technology, Health Care, Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer Products, Entertainment, Communications and Utilities. He managed a 250 partner regional Accounting, Tax and Consulting practice covering eleven states with revenues of $500M. He has also managed various business segments including a regional consulting practice with over 300 professionals focused on process and technology consulting. As a CFO he was responsible for over 600 people in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Tax, Risk Management, Planning and Strategy and Information Technology.

As Co-CRO, Paul was the lead witness on virtually all issues impacting the EFH bankruptcy. He also led several rounds of negotiations with creditors, culminating with a plan of reorganization that was approved by the Court in December 2015.

Edward Sassower focuses on representing debtors, creditors and distressed or special situation investors in bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and acquisitions. Most recently Mr. Sassower served as the lead partner representing Energy Future Holdings Corp. and 70 of its affiliates (collectively, “EFH”) in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Chambers USA has praised Edward for his “command of a board of directors” and “great understanding of the business impact of decisions” and described him as a “really talented and very savvy deal-maker” with “deep relationships in the bankruptcy community” (Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2012-14). Edward has also recently been described as a “tireless advocate with a highly evolved understanding of what matters to financial clients” (The Legal 500 U.S. 2012). In December 2013, Turnarounds & Workouts recognized Edward as an “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer.” In April 2013, Edward was selected to the UJA-Federation of New York's first ever 40 Under 40 ‎Industry Leaders list, an initiative that recognizes a prominent group of accomplished ‎professionals spanning many industries. Additionally, In March 2013, Edward was selected by Law360 as one of five “Rising Stars” in the restructuring market. Each Fall at the University of Pennsylvania, Edward teaches a full-semester class titled Distressed Dealmaking to Law School and Wharton students.

Mr. Zelter is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Apollo’s global credit platform, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Apollo Investment Corporation. Prior to joining Apollo in 2006, Mr. Zelter was with Citigroup Inc. and its predecessor companies from 1994 to 2006. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Zelter was Chief Investment Officer of Citigroup Alternative Investments, and prior to that he was responsible for the firm’s Global High Yield and Leveraged Finance franchise. Prior to joining Citigroup in 1994, Mr. Zelter was a High Yield Trader at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Zelter has significant experience in global credit markets and has overseen the broad expansion of the Apollo credit markets platform. Mr. Zelter is a board member of DUMAC, the investment management company that oversees the Duke Endowment and Duke Foundation. In addition, he is on the board of the Dalton School in New York City. Mr. Zelter has a degree in Economics from Duke University. He lives with his wife Vivian, and their two children, Elizabeth and Nathaniel in New York City.

Anthony Yoseloff is the Deputy Executive Managing Member of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, a global alternative asset management firm with over $25 billion in assets under management, established in 1983. Mr. Yoseloff joined Davidson Kempner in 1999 as an analyst in the Distressed Investments department, and was promoted to partner in 2004. He currently serves on the Firm’s Management Committee and is the chairman of the firm wide Investment Committee, and co-manages the Distressed Investments department.

Mr. Yoseloff received an A.B., cum laude, from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 1996, and J.D. from Columbia Law School and an M.B.A from the Columbia Graduate School of Business Administration in 1999. Mr. Yoseloff serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations focused on education, DonorsChoose.org and Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America and he is also a member of the investment committee of the Trinity School in New York. He was raised in East Brunswick, NJ.
