Steven Bremer is a Managing Director of Centerview Partners.  Mr. Bremer’s experience includes representing Patriot Coal, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Dendreon Corporation (Creditors’ Committee), the first lien creditors of Texas Competitive Electric Holdings (a subsidiary of Energy Future Holdings), Aveos Fleet Performance, CNL Hotels & Resorts, Lenox Group (Term Loan Lenders) and MBIA (Harris County-Houston Sports Authority). Mr. Bremer has also represented clients in engagements involving Motor Coach Industries, American Airlines, Liz Claiborne and the Walker Group. Mr. Bremer was formerly a Director at Millstein & Co. and a Vice President at Miller Buckfire & Co. Mr. Bremer has a M.B.A. from the Wharton School and both a M.S. and B.S. (with distinction) in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
